The philosophy of our Landscape Design department centers on people and emphasizes providing individuals with pleasant and meaningful spatial experiences. This involves considering people's needs, comfort, and interactions and incorporating these factors into the design process. By creating enjoyable outdoor environments, landscape designers can offer opportunities for people to connect with nature, relax, socialize, and enhance their overall quality of life.
Additionally, our Landscape Design department places a strong emphasis on environmental protection and sustainability. We focus on selecting eco-friendly materials, energy-efficient designs, water resource management, and ecological conservation to minimize our impact on the environment and promote ecological balance. We strive to integrate the natural and artificial elements, creating sustainable landscape environments while safeguarding and enhancing biodiversity.
The learning process in our Landscape Design department includes studying relevant disciplines such as botany, geomorphology, hydrology, architecture, etc., while also mastering software tools and technical skills to express and implement design concepts. At the same time, cultivating creativity, spatial thinking, teamwork, and communication skills are also essential.
